The front suspension of the 911 RSR is designed as a whole. The design here is a very common linkage design. It’s just that the steering part is designed with parts that I haven’t seen before.
After the front and rear suspension links, the chassis link part of the whole vehicle is still much simpler than the design of 42056
The engine is also designed at the front of the rear axle. At first I thought there was a problem with the design here. It turns out that the actual car is in this position, which is different from the 911 engine. The design used here is still a horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine like the actual car . Very restored!
The steering structure here I also compared the real car design of the 911RSR, which is indeed a similar linkage mode. Very racing! In Lego’s design, there is no gearbox structure on the car. The actual car is a sequential 6-speed claw-shift gearbox, and the interior space after the final assembly cannot accommodate the next 6-speed gearbox structure. The positioning of the toy is still not the same as the flagship, after all, the number of parts and size are much different.
Finished product
I only posted the sticker after the live broadcast was completed. Seriously, the moment I posted it, I thought! ! Pretty~~ I like it so much. The parts include the printed parts of the front and rear wheel eyebrows, most of the other color separations are presented as stickers, and the red and white color separation of the front part is also great!
Compared with 42056, the line of the whole car is actually better for the 911 model, because it is more compact, and the presentation of the front part is also a good structural design compared with the actual car.
Is the front of the car very sexy? If you compare it with the actual car, it may be that the large enclosing part of the whole car is made smaller. Other models have a good flowing back shape.
The roof part relies on such an overall design to achieve flowing lines.
The shape of the parking space is also very sexy, especially compared to the design of the deflector under the rear of the real car, which is very restorative. With the addition of transparent car lights, the degree of restoration is very good.
The structure of the side of the car body relies on an unusual angle to restore the enveloping style of the real car, and it also restores the vents.
For many players, the wheels mentioned are a bit small. In fact, after assembling, it is not obvious to the naked eye, but compared with the distance between the wheels of the real car and the wheel eyebrow, the wheels do appear to be smaller. There is a slight problem with the rear wheel design here, that is, at certain angles, when the wheel rotates, it will rub against the body below. This is because the suspension shakes a bit.
The rear cover can be opened after installation, and you can directly see the engine in front of the rear axle. In the 911 model, the position of the engine should be opened. The rear cover is directly here. The engine of the 911 RSR is the first problem you see now.
After installation, many details of the roof part are also presented by stickers, but in fact, you don’t stick them here. The extensive use of soft rubber parts in the lines of the car body is also a common method of shaping the appearance of the technology series, and it is also very good.
The car lights actually look better than 42056, and the interior has better details. It’s just that the lampshade uses a cockpit part to look a little bigger. If you change to the 42056, the size of the whole car will be more suitable.
Look at the chassis structure, the front and rear independent suspension, the rear differential, and the chassis structure is still very fair. And it is very strong after the front and back links!
Looking at the front and rear suspensions that are finally installed, the shock absorber has a limited stroke. After all, it is a racing car design and is very short. Very hard!
